Bloody White Chocolate Eyeballs
Eyeballs made of white chocolate ganache, dark chocolate chips and raspberry jam --
just right for halloween, or for anyone in your life that loves horror!
I actually made these first as a topping for a birthday cake, unrelated to halloween.
All you need is white chocolate chips, heavy cream, dark chocolate chips (the darker the better) and raspberry jam.
If desired, you can add more detailed veins with red food coloring and a toothpick (I did) before adding the jam, but it does smear away a bit
once the eyeballs are glazed, which is worth noting. My eyeballs are made perfectly round by using a semicircle silicone mold, this takes the effort out of the process and easily makes your product look more professional -- I have linked the mold at the bottom.
If you don't want to buy a mold, or want to make these right away (I feel you) there are simple instructions at the bottom of the recipe card to craft these eyeballs simply with no mold at all!
